How It Works
The GLOBAL LIFT Synchronised Lifting System offers expandable, multi-programmable options to allow for leveling, synchronised lifting, and weighing capabilities of the load.
Once the system is fully connected, you will have complete control of the load during lifting and lowering.
GLOBAL LIFT have trained operators who are supplied as part of the lifting system.
GLOBAL LIFT operators monitor the load on all connected cylinders from the one on-screen location.
The system has its own in-built warning and stop alarms to ensure the lifting is done accurately and safely.

High-Quality
The powerful hydraulic ram providing the lift is built from the hardiest, highest quality material. The GLOBAL LIFT system is also environmentally friendly. It uses biodegradable oil, rendering the unit ideal for use in environmentally sensitive areas.
Synchronisation
The synchronised lifting system provides the ability for the operator to remotely control the raising and lowering of multiple cylinders in a synchronised fashion.
Control
The system is driven by the displacement of the cylinders and is not influenced by uneven loading on the cylinders. Simply put, it is a system that controls the variance between leading and lagging hydraulic cylinders using sensors to monitor the displacement.
Safety
For safety, the cylinders are all fitted with pilot operated check valves and the pedestals are fitted with manual locking pins.
Touch Screen
The system is totally controlled via a touch screen. Once the main power supply switch is switched on, the screen is used to control all functions of the system - including motor start/stop. The specialised touch screen controller is used to allow the monitoring of multiple points.
Fewer Personnel Required
The GLOBAL LIFT system is a safer method of lifting large structures as fewer personnel are required to be in contact with the load. This means that staff are kept away from hazards during the lifting process
